Looking for a new tenant who can move in between mid June and July 1st. *Important: I'm no longer local to Philly (about 3 hours away) and the current tenant will help with showings. This is a large studio with bay window, fireplace (might work but do not recommend using it fully), Ikea kitchenette including gas cooktop, built-in microwave, countertop electric convection oven, laminate flooring, large closet, high ceiling! Please note the under counter 6.0 cu fridge shown in some photos is no longer there. Instead there's a larger stainless looking fridge in the unit. ALL utilities are included in the rent: cold/hot water, heat, cooking gas, electricity, wi-fi AND laundry privilege to a large washer/dryer set on the first floor. A window AC unit is also provided. Minimum lease 1 year. Prefer no pets, but will consider a kitten. Also prefer single occupancy. No young child please. Photos were from previous tenants and the current condition shows additional wear and tear. I'm planning to do some work before the new tenant moves, including but not limited to (1) resurface some kitchen cabinet fronts (Ikea no longer carries this line and so replacing just the door fronts is not possible); (2) repaint; (3) tighten floor boards. If the new tenant is capable of performing such work, we can talk. Tenant pays NO utility of any kind
