Well trained small pets (e.g. cats or a small dog) are welcome, but please no loud dogs. Bonus: previous tenant just moved out - so it's available immediately. Discount will be offered for remaining days of August. Photos are from different periods of time - the first 5 wide angle photos were taken by the tenant who just moved out. PS: the third floor two-bedroom unit will be available October 1st. Rent includes hot/cold water, heat, cooking gas, high-speed WiFi and laundry privilege. Windows AC provided. Tenant pays electricity. Long term lease preferred but will consider a shorter lease ending in May 2027.
