The apartment is also right around the corner from the Montrose Brownline stop and about a mile away from Montrose beach. It's a quiet, neighborly building and the landlords are also incredible - super responsive and friendly. The apartment is a rare find in Chicago, so don't miss out on snagging it before it's gone!
