Less than 1 min walk to ALL of the following: Montrose Brown Line stop, Margie's Candies, Starbucks, Chicago's Pizza & Pasta, Subway, Spoken Cafe, a Japanese restaurant, nail salon, convenience store. But it's on a VERY QUIET tree-lined street with mostly single-family homes. The walk score is 95. Post office, Chinese food, Giordano's, Slim's gril, and book stores 2 blocks away.
