Lower unit ,Very nice clean condo ,in a great location. Casa del sol. This 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms walking showers, unfurnished , were up dated. This is a great community safe and quiet. Has pool and club house , tennis courts etc. the condo has fresh paint along with covered parking. Also has in condo hook up for you washer and dryer. Now the but this is not dog friendly condo rules for renters. There is an application to the management of 150.00 to them not me. Also you will need 1st month , last month ,security deposit . About me I am the owner and long time owner and resident of Sarasota 50 years + . Thank you. Renter pays. Electric, water bills. This is a no smoking unit.
