The renter will have the entire unit to themselves including the gym/workout area on the bottom floor. The only thing shared with the main house is the W/D unit within the back porch. All utilities (electric/gas/water/wifi) are included. One-month lease minimum No smoking The Apartment is fully furnished but the rentaler may provide with additional items as they choose. A (non-refundable) pet deposit fee of $200 per pet due at signing Parking is available on main driveway. If needed, a permit will be provided if the tenant wants to park on the street.
