A maintenance free home is designed to minimize the time, effort and costs of home upkeep. This means you will never have to worry about repairing or replacing appliances, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, roofing, gutters or siding. A maintenance free home allows you more time to enjoy life. Monthly Service Fee The monthly service fee covers water, sewer, trash removal, interior and exterior maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, access to wellness and life enrichment activities, campus amenities, group transportation, pest control, real estate taxes, and a 24-hour emergency call system. 50 Month Declining Balance Entrance Fee The one-time entrance fee is partially refundable* during the first 50 months that you occupy your Independent Living residence.
