There is NO PARKING SPACE available for this apartment. Tenant will need to have a Providence resident parking pass and park on the street. Rent covers ALL utilities and laundry. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY Remember: this is a basement apartment. It's a nice basement and it gets a fair amount of light, but it's still a basement. PETS: Cats are welcome. We love dogs and have two of them but over the past decade, we have learned that the basement apartment is not good for a dog nor is it safe for the house. We use a standard RI lease agreement and are looking for a one year commitment. Because all utilities are included, there is specific language about usage as well as having longterm overnight guests. This apartment is for one person only. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. Owner pays all utilities.
