Walk to all Wickenden shops, bars, and restaurants, Ives Street restaurants, India Point Park, Brown, RISD, Trader Joes and downtown. The bus and trolley stop right on Wickenden St. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: First floor sunny apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two "bedrooms". Each bedroom is approximately 8'x10'. Please make note of size. Most people use one for a bedroom and one for an office. Ideal for one single professional or couple. Apartment is 600 square ft. TOTAL. Since the house is owner-occupied and all utilities are included, we get to regulate how many people live in our apartments. Kitchen has gas stove, fridge, dishwasher. Bathroom has tub and shower. Free washer and dryer in the basement. Shared patio with bbq and seasonal garden. (We are vegetarian so we ask that if you cook meat on the grill you clean it afterwards.) Parking for ONE car in gated driveway. ALL utilities included: gas, heat, hot water, electric. One pet will be considered. We expect you to be a responsible, caring pet owner and certain restrictions apply. This apartment is suitable for ONE dog or cat. ABOUT US: We are a married couple with a teen and two dogs who would live upstairs from you. One of us is almost always home. We are quiet and private, and view our home as a sanctuary. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a quiet, responsible professional (or possibly grad student) who will respect our home and enjoy the convenience and security of living in an owner occupied home in a fab neighborhood. We will NOT consider roommates or undergraduates so please don't inquire. Are you super social? Love hosting get togethers? This is probably not the house for you.
