Located on a private road in the heart of the Catskills, close to Phoenicia, Margaretville, and the Belleayre Ski Center, this timeless and romantic mountain getaway has a spring-fed pond, surrounded by mountain views, hiking trails and wildlife. Great for outdoor activities in every season with plenty of charming, cozy and elegant indoor spaces for relaxation and recreation. Roast marshmallows by the two stone fireplaces, binge watch your favorite series at our in-home cinema, cook a feast in our commercial-sized kitchen, then enjoy it in the cafe-style dining room with ample seating and two walls of glass windows. Treat yourself to the game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, darts, and loads of other games and puzzles, then pour your favorite seasonal cocktail at our vintage bar and retire to the enormous front deck or balcony for stargazing. Beautifully decorated with lavish and rustic furnishings, four bedrooms have king-sized beds (one of these rooms also includes a twin bed and crib), one bedroom has a queen-size bed, and one bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a shower that's shared with one other room. Linens and towels are available. We are open to a month to month, or 3-6 month rental. Tenant pays all utilities. Plenty of parking is available. We allow only non-shedding, hypo-allergenic pets. An additional pet deposit may be required. This is is a family-friendly space. There is absolutely no smoking, drug use, or heavy drinking permitted on the premises.
