It is also close to hiking trails. This is a pretty quiet living situation where responsibilities are shared. Communication in a respectful, caring manner is a key element we are looking for. The tenants are clean, quiet, considerate, and drama free and looking for the same in roommates. Adaptability is a crucial personality trait that we are looking for.
