We are renting a room with a shared bathroom for $695/month. The room has access to the kitchen and has all bills paid: Electric, water, gas and internet. This is our office, but have rooms inside for rent. Room is very spacious and has a lot of storage space. We also have a second room with its own bathroom for $795/month. We do 12 month leases, students and single individuals are welcome.
