Thank you for your interest in living at Garden Acres Apartments! In order to protect the health of our guests, residents, and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, personal tours are limited to those who have applied and been pre-approved to rent. The application fee is $35 and the main requirements for application approval is to show a combined income to rent ratio of at least 3:1 and to have a clean credit and criminal background screening. When you do schedule a tour we ask that those attending confirm that, to the best of their knowledge, they have not been sick with a fever or other flu-like symptoms in the last two weeks, nor have they been exposed to anyone with flu-like symptoms. We require the use of face masks and will provide hand sanitizer for all guests as they enter and leave the unit.
