We have added luxury three-bedroom town homes to our existing units. upscale designs with granite counter tops, new appliances, and a two-story living space created for you. In order to protect the health of our guests, residents and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, personal tours are limited to those who have applied and have been pre-approved to rent. The application fee is $35 and the main requirements for application approval is to show a combined income to rent ratio of at least 3:1 and to have a clean credit and criminal background screening. When you do schedule a tour we ask that those attending confirm that, to the best of their knowledge, they have not been sick with fever or other flu like symptoms in the last two weeks, nor have they been exposed to anyone with flu like symptoms. We require the use of face masks and will provide hand sanitizer for all guests as they enter and leave the unit. Landlord pays Garbage, Sewer and Water
