The lower level is spacious and welcoming with its own kitchen, dining area, etc. We rent two bedrooms out of this lower level. We are mostly in the upper level but also use the lower level for some things. The bathroom is shared with the other lower-level renter. House has A/C, central heat, and ceiling fans, washer/dryer in unit. KITCHEN Guests will have access to the kitchen, including microwave, stove, fridge, and basic dishes. LOCATION Our home is located across from a beautiful historical elementary and historic Eastwood Church which has been restored as Sanctuary Lofts. The home has original hardwood floors throughout, walls of windows, and unique character.
