Out front, you can jump onto the inlet bay trail which leads you to many trails throughout Horsetooth Mountain Open Space and around the lake. Renter is responsible for utilities. No smoking inside of the home. Dogs are okay with prior approval on a case by case basis with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Lease terms are 1-3 months in length with the ability to extend.
