It is centrally located, the Talisman is south KC area, it is a short drive to Overland Park and other cities in Kansas, also the charming Waldo (MO side) area is 7 mins away, Brookeside is 10 minute drive, and downtown is 20 minutes away. Washer and dryer in the unit, free parking, or you can pay $35 for covered parking, very quiet area and great neighbors. I am pet friendly, there is a fenced in park for doggies on the complex No cigarette smoking inside of condo, I would prefer a short term renter, 3-6 months. Renter will only make rent payment, utilities are included Pets are allowed, but if your pet is unruly or off leash there are fines.
