Kennel comfortable is best as the house has original hardwoods and woodwork and when left alone it is in tenant best interest to be sure contained in an area or kennel for any anxiety issues when alone. Maintenance is taken care of on house systems and appliances. The yard maintenance is negotiable and can be added or taken away from rent. If pet, cleanup is required on a weekly basis at minimum. Details can be discussed and agreed to in lease. No smoking/vaping inside the house.
