Cascade Apartments is set in the middle of the Lakeview Neighborhood. There is not actually a view, nor is there a lake. Instead there is a Carol and Gary Milgard Hope Center Boys and Girls Club across the street and a Lakeview Hope Academy Elementary School at the end of the block. The nearest bus is about 4 blocks away but if the shopping carts in the neighborhood are any indication, then grocery shopping is walking distance. In all seriousness, this apartment complex is clean and well maintained. I do the maintenance myself except what needs a licensed electrician, plumber, or other professional. I am the owner and the manager and I care about my property, as does my wife. And we care about out residents. We invested in a recordable video system that currently has 5 cameras. We put a keypad lock on the laundry room door. We paved the parking lot. We invested around $150,000 upgrading this apartment complex around 7 years ago. It is really nice now.
