The nearest bus is about 4 blocks away but if the shopping carts in the neighborhood are any indication, then grocery shopping is walking distance. In all seriousness, this apartment complex is clean and well maintained. I do the maintenance myself except what needs a licensed electrician, plumber, or other professional. I am the owner and the manager and I care about my property, as does my wife. And we care about out residents.
