Kingfisher Cottage is on the banks of the Indian River Canal facing the estuary. It is on beachside New Smyrna Beach, and only 2.5 blocks to the beautiful beaches of NSB. Enjoy sunsets from the patio or your private screened porch, amid the lush surroundings of the yard. Our property is like a tropical rainforest with numerous old Florida Oaks and lush plantings, walkways, a serene zen garden, etc. We can rent for one month or several months at a time .and are happy to rent to snowbirds, or persons who need to work from home and wish to do so in a stunning and peaceful area that is also close to all of the activities and restaurants and exquisite beaches that New Smyrna has to offer. We are happy to rent for one month, several months or for one year if preferable with a negotiated rent amount if renting for a year. Owner pays for all electric, water, garbage, internet, cable TV. There is a designated parking spot in our driveway. We love small dogs and would allow a pet after a meet with you and your doggie friend. The back yard is shared with us and the landscaping and gardening in the entire yard is the responsibility of the landlord only. There is no subletting allowed.
