This fee is due upon the submission of the termination notice and covers the costs associated with re-renting the unit. 3. Utilities & Maintenance Utility Transfer: Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Water, Gas, Electric, Trash). Accounts must be transferred into the Tenant's name starting on the first day of the lease. Yard Responsibility: The Landlord will ensure the yard is landscaped prior to move-in. Upon taking possession, the Tenant is responsible for all ongoing yard maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and watering of the front and back yards. 4. Pet Policy * Pet Deposit: A $500 one-time deposit is required per pet.
