Furnishings for common areas like the living room, dining room, kitchen etc. plus a home gym set up is being provided graciously by one of the housemates, who also has a cute little mixed Pomeranian dog who will be staying on the property as well. Both current tenants are male medical students at CHSU who love to spending time on outdoor adventures and studying hard! They are looking to make this place our own long term and maintain a learning environment where housemates support one another. Preferred tenant would be a current student or medical professional (nurse, EMT, paramedic, resident doctor, or doctor) in need of a room to rent. It is a one year lease. The house is is closing on 15th, and keys handed off (as per current Lennar plan)
