Off the second-floor area is a very large deck that has a sweeping view of the cove and main lake. We have played many games of corn hole with family and friends in addition to having space for relaxing in the sun or watching the sun rise or set. Our Home is situated so that we get the morning and afternoon sun and is shaded in late afternoon before cocktail hour and barbecuing. For extra storage there is a Amish shed with two lofts off the driveway. Stairs lead from the Second Deck to the Lake Deck just above the dock. Again, this deck has lake and cove views and a fire pit for after dark enjoyment. From this deck, you descend to the dock that will accommodate at least two boats with a ladder for taking a refreshing dip in the Lake. The cove location is a popular area for swimming, kayaking and watching the skiers on the main lake. We are the only owners of this beautiful lake home and are sad that we have to sell. Our kids have enjoyed the Lake for many years but have moved away. We have installed new flooring within the past two years, heat pump, water heater and air conditioner. We have maintained the Lake Home on a regular basis. It has been a great retreat for the entire family and friends and has provided fun opportunities for the grand-kids to swim off the dock, fish and enjoy the outdoors and will always be remembered.
