We're looking for 2 roommates to join us in a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom home starting June 1st. The house has two master bedrooms (already claimed), and we have two good-sized private rooms available that share a full bathroom. Each room comfortably fits a queen bed and has its own closet. We're asking $800 for the smaller room and $900 for the larger. Both rooms are on the ground level, are carpeted and have large windows. A fenced yard (great for hanging out, enjoying the sun, or letting the dogs play) Fireplace for cozy vibes Walking trails just a few blocks away Shared kitchen, dining area, and living space Parakeets and 3 dogs already in the home (1 small senior pup + 2 mid-sized dogos) no additional pets allowed per lease Rent is per room and utilities will be split evenly among 5 people (exact numbers TBD once we move in, but aiming to keep things affordable). You'd be sharing the home with a couple (upstairs master), a solo roommate (downstairs master), and the pets. We're responsible for lawn care and shoveling. Deposit is due when you signed on, first months rent is due when we move in, and last month's rent is due in the following two months after we move in.
