Everything aside from the garage is on the second floor. Owner pays for water and water softener. Renter pays for gas, electrical, and internet utilities. First month's rent as security deposit. This townhouse is available for rent unfurnished or partially furnished for an additional charge. No smoking inside the townhouse. No pets. Must keep the townhouse in good, clean condition.
