Standard split level with rec room, well heated if downstairs doors kept closed. Neighborhood Description We live in a neighborhood which is split between duplex condos, and single family residences. In general this is a neighborhood which is split between folks in their 30s and 40s with children, and those in the 50s and 60s with grown families. It is mixed racially, with asian, middle eastern, black, and white folks living on the same street. We just had our first block party this year organized by the condo association, it was great fun!
