We built a 36'x56' Shop with a 14' & 8' Door in 2023 - it has a concrete floor, set up with 220V, lots of lights, 2 windows and it is also on its own electric meter if someone ever wanted to keep the shop and rent the house or vice versa. It also has a 10' lean to patio area on the front side and a rocked area on the back side for extra trailers, etc. In the last 5 years we have installed a new furnace, new AC unit, new water heater, new gutters, and put insallation in the attic. The fireplace works great and was a favorite piece of the home for us. We also built a new garden shed 9 months ago. The house is a litttle out dated but has a lot of character . We were going to finish out the basement but all we got done was framing in the laundry room.
