Our home is in the West Plaza neighborhood, there are no steps to get into house via back door from drive but there are steps to front door. Bungalow all living space is on one level. There is a cellar but it is a true cellar, but properly packaged storage containers can be stored there. The house is currently fully furnished as seen in photos. We have dressers in the laundry area to allow for more space in the bedrooms. Depending on incoming tenants needs any or all things can be removed. The rent is based on empty and tenant paid utilities except for Google Fiber and Trash/recycling which are included. All appliances will stay and are all there. Gas Stove/Oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, Washer & Dryer. Lease term is either month to month, or a desired initial lease term up to a year. After initial term we have a 60 day notice lease that kicks in. All furniture can be removed or can stay that does not affect the rent. All amenities, Pots/pans, plates, bowls, utensils etc. can stay or go that does not affect the rent. I live in the house directly behind this unit and 75% of your neighbors are also our rental homes. The house is fully furnished and appointed with all amenities as a short term rental, however we have had the same short term renter for 3 years who just departed. So, it can be rented on a month to month or shorter term lease furnished with utilities included or long term furnished or unfurnished but utilities would be tenant paid directly to utility companys. We do include Google Fiber 1g internet as our security equipment uses internet so we pay it. They are Gas, Water and Electric. We also include Trash/Recycling curbside. And glass recycling monthly. Depending on term and what tenant would want included the price is adjustable. The house is a no smoking/vaping indoors home.
