Modern spacious studio with modern furniture and stunning views! The photos just don't do the views justice. We live 20 minutes to SLO, 20 minutes to Avila on top of Prefumo Canyon Road. There are stairs up to the studio and three private furnished decks with the studio. One facing the morning sun, another to faces the incredible sunsets. We are a quiet couple with two dogs and a cat that enjoy the living access to trails and great bike rides. We are interested in renting to only one person. Country living with incredible views, fast internet, quiet and private studio. Owner pays for water, garbage and tenant pays for the electricity that they use.
