The third floor of our house is a completely separate apartment/studio. With separate entrances it has bedroom, living , kitchen and bath. There are three outdoor decks with magnificent views. Roughly nine hundred square feet, it is fairly contemporary and fully furnished. We are located on top of the Irish hills with views extending up and down the coast .and in towards San Luis Obispo. My wife and I live on the first two floors. We have very few neighbors. It's about a ten minute drive down the canyon or roughly 20 minutes to anywhere in SLO. We are looking for a single "one" person to rent to. We are looking for someone quiet and respectful. Owner pays utilities. No smoking. No pets. The last months rent is collected at signing for security deposit. This is for one person. Renter must sign a one year lease.
