If evidence of smoking is determined, the lease may be terminated, and security deposit will be withheld to cover cost of smoke odor removal * A maximum of 2 motorized items or any equipment - including operating or non-operating cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, trailers or boats - may be parked or stored on the property outside of the garage, driveway, and may not be parked in the yard; bicycles, furniture, appliances or other items can not be kept in the yard or on the porches, except appropriate outdoor patio furniture. * Landlord must have access to the field to tend to livestock * No subleasing, renting of a room, short-term rental of the home or any part of the property allowed.
