This unit offers a fully private space with a unique, stylish experience just 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington and the airport, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and under 30 minutes to Carolina Beach. This vibrant 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit offers a bold and eclectic retreat designed for guests who love character and creativity! The space is filled with quirky artwork, colorful patterns, and moody accents that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Each bedroom features a comfortable full bed with fresh linens, while the living area blends coziness and personality for a memorable stay. There is also a dedicated workspace for those who are working remotely, or traveling. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, air fryer, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave that is perfect for whipping up meals or enjoying morning coffee from the Ninja coffee bar. A dining island with additional seating makes meals or game nights easy, while the laundry room adds extra convenience. The bathroom features a soaking tub with a rainfall shower system and the exterior of the home is complemented by a seasonal outdoor shower (avaliable from April to October) perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Guests also enjoy fresh towels, extra blankets, Wi-Fi, streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, and more), plus a selection of games and books for cozy nights in. The unit is incredibly centrally located, you are just 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington and the airport, 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, and under 30 minutes from Carolina Beach. Important details to note: Duplex Home: This unit is one side of a duplex and shares a wall with the other unit which is a one bedroom suite. You will have a private experience with no shared interior elements, but if sharing a wall is uncomfortable for you, then this may not be the right fit. Shower + Tub: The shower is a full soaking tub with a rainfall shower head. The drain is slower than a typical drain as the piping under the house was not the standard size and could not be replaced without completely drilling the entire concrete below the home. Unfortunately, this means the water does drain slow which may be a slight annoyance. We are so sorry for the trouble, but it is something we like to make all guests aware of in advance. Potential Noise: Since this unit is part of a duplex, you may hear the occasional noise such as the door of the other unit opening and closing or when the other units' shower is running since the pipes can be heard throughout. These noises should be minimal, but they will be something to consider when booking. If the noise ever exceeds this, please let us know and it is something we will address immediately. Backyard Space: There is a backyard space, but is is shared with the other unit and it is not fully fenced. There is also an outdoor shower, but it is only available during the months of April to October. Fully furnished rental available this fall (late September) for either a 6, 9, or 12 month lease. Fully furnished apart from the third bedroom which could be used as an office or a true third bedroom. Willing to do month to month for a higher rate.
