The septic was emptied and cleaned 2 months ago. We have spent the last 2 years remodeling this cabin and upgrading the property with retaining walls, and a cool stairway to the top. Comes furnished with a sectional, refrigerator, hot water heater, greenhouse, table and chairs inside and outside, bed frame only, dresser, shelves, cabinets, 2 gazebo, BBQ, shed 10x10 (not yet erected which was purchased brand new at Lowes). Electrica was stripped during remodel and new wiring was placed throughout with subpanel. This is a very friendly community and has 4 families that live there full time, there are several community activities and events along with dinners and BBQ's.
