The other spaces are shared, with the exception of my top-floor rooms and office. Living Spaces: The basement features a large living area with a TV, a full bathroom, a bar area, and a full-sized refrigerator perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Kitchen & Laundry: The main kitchen is on the second floor, with a washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs for easy access. Outdoor Areas: Enjoy a fenced-in backyard and a well-maintained front yard, both grassy and ideal for outdoor activities or gardening (I'd welcome some help with yard maintenance no pressure!). Parking & Privacy: You'll have your own dedicated parking spot, plus your private bedroom, closet, and bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. Pets: I do have a young cat in the house but no other roaming pets are allowed. Additional Details: The home is designed with shared common areas, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, fostering a comfortable and social environment. The rent may increase on the next leasing period if damages are determined to be the tenants fault. If anything is damaged, it is the tenants responsibility to replace it or fix it.
