There is a fenced in back yard with trees so great for kids and dogs with a back porch. Super close to downtown and next to Ladd-Pebbles stadium. The property has street parking as well. There is an upstairs den as well as a downstairs office space that can be made into a room. Owner will take care of all lawn and maintenance. Renters will have to pay for all utilities. No pets allowed unless service animals.
