This is two fully furnished private rooms and a private full bath for rent in a homeshare. One room is set up as a bedroom with a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, and walk-in closet. The second room is set up as an office/living area. Your future roommates would be myself and my husband, we are in our 40s and working professionals. We are friendly but tend to keep to ourselves at home. The areas of the home that are shared include: the foyer, half bath downstairs, kitchen, living room, dining nook, loft, and laundry room. Our neighborhood is suburban but fairly diverse and very safe. It's 5 min off of I-65, which makes it convenient for commuting. All utilities are included in the rental price, including Wi-Fi. We prefer a 30 day minimum stay. We usually request 30 days notice before moving out. It can be open-ended, most of our guests did not have a fixed date for moving out, they just notified us once they had figured out exactly when they planned to move. House Rules: No smoking No pets Remove shoes upon entering (can wear indoor-only shoes/slippers) We provide shoe covers and disposable slippers. Shoe storage available at all doorways and in your rooms.
