UPDATE (07/26/25): New roof is now complete! End of Update. :-) Awesome infrastructure and very close to base, Walmart, and all kinds of great places to eat. Lets you get to work and home easily and quickly. Fresh paint, and with the exception of the stove all appliances are either brand new or around a year old. Beautiful backyard with two fruit trees (pear and peach), with a water reservoir view. Townhouse design was extended before construction, so this is literally the largest one in the development, and has the only shed on attached concrete slab with electricity and an overflow refrigerator. We also just replaced all the kitchen lighting with all new LED fixtures and panels. We're in the process of having a new roof installed as well. This home is not a "cookie cutter" version, it has (what we consider to be) awesome upgrades designed and built into (from the extended living room, the shed, to the fireplace, to the bay window), this home provides enhanced size and class.
