Hey there! I am currently looking to have someone rent our downstairs bedroom in our three story townhouse. It has its own private bathroom and is away from the rest of the bedrooms. We are looking for a roommate that is responsible, pays their bills on time, cleans up after themselves, and is able to communicate appropriately. This is definitely a multi cat household with one dog. We prefer not to add any more pets but are definitely open to it if the fit is right. I work full time, currently in School at DU for my Masters in Social Work, have an internship. So, I m pretty busy most of the time but I am a chill, friendly indIvidual. All applicable parties must be able to pass a background check that is performed by the rental company. We are looking for someone to go in on a year lease with us so just a heads up. I look forward to meeting you. Includes sewage and trash in the pricing but electric, gas, water, and internet are separate but don t fluctuate much. on average is it about $60 per person. I am a girl that enjoys art (painting, sculpture, sewing), swimming, and cuddling with my doggo. I really appreciate consideration and compassion.
