This apartment is in a nice neighborhood. There are a few restaurants car wash, and the schools are close by. There is off street parking. There are new rugs and we have recently painted and replaced all of the flooring. The landlord does not live on site. We are requesting a security deposit and first month's rent. We require reference and credit checks prior to moving in. This apartment is a 2 story. We require our tenant to sign a one year lease and after that has been satisfied, it will go month-to-month. We have our own application that we require to be filled out prior to viewing the unit. There is no application fee. The tenant are responsible for electric, heat/hot water, trash removal and cable. We do snow removal, but you will be responsible for keeping your guests and yourself safe to get to your own vehicle. We have a required insurance fee of $10.50 per month added to the rent to cover any cost for Landlord insurance. We do background checks and credit checks prior to move in.
