Yonder Policies & Information Mid to Long-Term Stay Requirements: This property requires a minimum stay of 90+ consecutive nights.All reservations are subject to the following requirements: * A separate long-term rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before the reservation is finalized. * A security deposit may be required. * A professional mid-stay or monthly cleaning is required every 28 days. Cleanings will be scheduled in advance and charged separately. * Trash pickup is required every 10 days and is charged at $35 per pickup. * Monthly property inspections will be conducted with at least 24 hours' notice * Early departure does not qualify for a refund. Long-term cancellation and reservation-change policies apply and will be detailed in the rental agreement. * Included utilities and any applicable usage terms will be specified in the rental agreement. * The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the entire stay. * All required fees, payment schedules, and long-term rental terms will be provided for review before the reservation is confirmed.
