The apartment for rent is clean, spacious, and quiet. The walls are very thick and almost no neighbor noise can be heard. The only utilities that are not complementary are electric (runs between $2545 a month) and cable/wireless if desired. Washer/dryer machines are in building complex and are very accessible. My lease is up July 1st, 2014 and will extend one year to July 1st, 2015. However, I will be moving out of the apartment the last week in May, so the apartment is available June 1st for move in. I will be paying the last months rent on the lease, so the entire month of June will be free of rent/utility charges.
