I have a great room available in a big, beautiful house in the Nations neighborhood. It's a 3BD/3BR house ( 2000 sq ft) with a huge kitchen. You have your own bathroom AND private balcony with great views! House is fully furnished except the bedroom. The house has a washer and dryer in unit, as well as a big fenced-in backyard with deck and plenty of closets/storage space. The other two roommates are young working professionals - one is usually out of town and rarely there and the other has lived there for 5 years. They prefer cleanliness, are laidback, get along really well, and respect each other's privacy. No pets. Nations is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Nashville with plenty of cool bars and restaurants within walking distance. Vanderbilt, downtown, and West End are all 10-12 mins away. The room was previously occupied by a Vandy law student for 3 years and is available starting now. All utilities are split amongst the 3 roommates, usually comes to $100-150 per roommate per month.
