We own 2 other rental properties (in Silver Spring and Fells Point) and have tried to build long lasting relationships with the amazing tenants who have lived in, and cared for, our homes over the past 2 decades. This house is located on the north end of the Beach Drive trail which is great for running and biking and is walking distance (500 yds) from the Garrett Park MARC station. It is conveniently located in between White Flint metro (1 mile) and Grosvenor metro station (1.25 miles). The upstairs of our house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a family room, dining room and kitchen, all with hardwood floors (new from '21). The kitchen has recently been repainted with an added backsplash and opens up to a three tiered deck into the back yard which provides space for a hammock and garden. The lower level of the house has 2 bedrooms and a large living area, which are carpeted, and a separate laundry room and 2nd bathroom. This is a great house for pets (our dog loved it;) with a doggy door out to the spacious fenced-in backyard.
