When we are not busy working, we enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, boating, camping, pretty much anything outdoors. The lease is 6 months with an option of month to month there after. Utilities are a flat $125 a month and include everything: Internet, Water, Sewer, Garbage, recycling and Electric. No More Surprise Bills
