    Own a piece of Umatilla history. A historic home built in 1920 by Sears and Roebuck. So many upgrades! Upon entering the huge screened in front porch you will notice a nice tiled floor and two beautiful large windows with that great 1920s wavy glass. Off of the dining room you cross through double doors to a large bonus room that we used as a 'man cave' but is large enough to use for just about anything. Completely remodels and reconfigured it boast black stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry with soft close drawers and beautiful textured Italian tile. The kitchen is large and has tons of granite counter space and storage. You won't have any problem with dishes with a massive porcelain white farm sink. A tile backsplash is complete throughout and even has a over the stove pot filler that runs hot water!! Off of the kitchen there is an under the stairs pantry with plenty of storage. On the bottom floor you will also find a bedroom that is quite large and was probably used as the master at one point complete with a fireplace, closet and direct access to the downstairs bathroom with also has a jack/jill door. In the back of the house you will enter a large family room that gives you enough room to entertain guest. A backdoor leads you to a small covered porch that leads out to a large wood deck complete with ramp and steps. The upstairs master bedroom is HUGE...measuring almost 30' by 14' also with a fireplace. The other upstairs bedroom is great size and large enough to accommodate any use of a bedroom...and yes...this bedroom has a fireplace also. There is a full bath upstairs that was replumbed in 2020. Upstairs also has a small office that is a great place for either a reading room or where you can work from home with tons of natural light. The attic is quite large and there is tons of room for storage but we did have A LOT of insulation blown in as we didn't store a lot of stuff up there. Bonus with the attic you ask?? A massive exhaust fan!! You can turn this on during the cool times of year and it will create such a breeze through the house you would think you are on top of a mountain. Outside you will find a large backyard, plenty of room for a pool if that is a wish. There are also two storage sheds, one is 12x20 the other is around 5x8 both have power running to them. The yard also has a 4 zone irrigation system with RainBird timer. House has a single car carport attached to the property. This house is amazing and won't last long!
