The owner pays for water, sewer, and garbage. We do not accept pets. There is no smoking allowed on the property. You will be provided with a parking permit, but parking is tight, so you may need to purchase a permit to park on the street through the city because parking is not guaranteed. Rent will be prorated when you move in and the deposit is refundable when you move out as long as the unit is cleaned and there aren't any damages.
