We are close to campus (about a 10-minute walk) and grocery stores. Also, near a bus line. There is laundry on-site. This is a quiet building on a nice street. We do have a parking lot, but parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and can be tight. You can purchase a permit to park on the street. We are very involved managers. The owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Tenant responsible for electricity and the internet. NO PETS or smoking. Must make 2.5x the rent or have a co-signer. This unit is downstairs, and the apartment is located in a quiet building. One year lease. Parking lot is available but the lot can get tight. First come first serve.
