We are all upperclassmen at the University of Texas. The Triangle is a new, urban Apartment complex with restaurants and parks on-site. It is close to all major Austin and UT bus routes. 2 miles from UT campus, and less than that from several major grocery stores. Bus ride to downtown in 15 minutes. Within the triangle complex there are plenty of amenities including a dance studio, Office Max, Chase bank, chiropractor, and many types of restaurants.Additional charges of utilities of about $100 a month (includes wi-fi, water, AT&T U-Verse, trash, electricity). Each month we spilt utilities between the other roommates, usually comes out to the specified amount above.
