Top floor master bedroom is occupied by female owner, an educator, away daytime weekday hours, and an infant who has the middle bedroom nursery. Keyed/secure bedroom door and 99% private full upper-level bathroom, only used to bathe baby. Bathroom to be maintained clean and sanitary; can keep all personal items in bathroom for your private use. No couples/overnight guests. No food upstairs. Please conserve utilities. We'll discuss any issues. Owner or tenant may provide a 30-day written notice for tenant to vacate. Yard maintained by HOA, trash collection behind back fence. It's an awesome place to live and you may contact current lower-level tenant for a landlord referral if you wish. Neither owner/property manager will enter private bedroom without prior coordination. Electronic payments accepted on 1st of each month. Standard late-fee collected for non-payment after 5th of month.
